Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader who will learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, while ensuring quality, safety, and a clean, well-stocked kitchen. You will train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders and support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house teams.

The role emphasizes promoting teamwork, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards in all kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience required.
• Strong teamwork and communication with Crew and customers.
• Ability to follow policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order, following Chipotle procedures.
• Ensure food quality and inventory while minimizing waste.
• Lead and train Crew members to become Kitchen Leaders.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe kitchen and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Support a positive team dynamic and help achieve station goals.
