Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and manage food preparation, grilling, and vegetable sautéing while training Crew to grow into future Kitchen Leaders. You will ensure food quality, safety, and a clean, well-stocked kitchen with properly maintained equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-casual or restaurant kitchen environments.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality food to order, following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor inventory and food waste; maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Support and train Crew to develop future Kitchen Leaders.
• Ensure safety and equipment maintenance, and address issues promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain throughput.
• Keep MSDS and FIFO records as required.
