Job summary

You will ensure quality and safety of food, maintain a clean and well-stocked kitchen, and uphold Chipotle’s standards through teamwork and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong communication skills for both Crew members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Follow Chipotle policies and procedures.
• Cook and prep food to order and follow kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory; resolve issues affecting quality.
• Support teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house crews.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively to ensure great customer service and throughput.
• Ensure kitchen is cleaned, sanitized, and equipment is maintained.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries or accidents.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO inventory processes.
