Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow Chipotle policies and procedures while leading kitchen operations.
• Cook and prep food to order, monitor quality and inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and repaired quickly when needed.
• Serve as a role model, train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Promote teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house crews.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Monitor safety guidelines to prevent injuries and accidents.
• Fill out MSDS and Inventory Rotation (FIFO) accurately.
