Chipotle Mexican Grill in Lakewood, OH is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and master food preparation, grilling meats, and sautéing vegetables while upholding quality and safety standards.

You’ll train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders, maintain a clean, stocked kitchen, and foster teamwork to deliver a great guest experience on every shift. You will monitor inventory, keep equipment in good repair, and model Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Ability to understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house crews.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure kitchen is cleaned, sanitized, and well maintained.
