Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and master food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while promoting teamwork and delivering a great customer experience. You will order ingredients, train Crew members toward leadership roles, and ensure quality, safety, and cleanliness in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to order and ensure quality and safety.
• Monitor waste and inventory; maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
