Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Kitchen Leader to learn and lead food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders and ensure the kitchen is clean, stocked, and safe, while modeling teamwork and a strong customer experience.

Responsibilities include cooking to order, managing inventory, reducing waste, and maintaining equipment. The role emphasizes Food With Integrity philosophy and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep the kitchen clean and sanitized.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and arrange for repairs as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines to prevent injuries and accidents.
• Complete MSDS and Inventory Rotation (FIFO) documentation.
