Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is hiring a Kitchen Leader in Norman, OK. You will learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, while training others to become Kitchen Leaders. You’ll ensure food quality, safety, and a clean, well-stocked kitchen to deliver a great customer experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, leadership development, and hands-on contribution to daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required or stated.
• Restaurant experience is required as part of the role.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsabilités

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve food quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure kitchen is clean, sanitized and properly stocked.
• Maintain equipment and ensure quick repair of malfunctioning equipment.
• Ensure safety guidelines to prevent injuries or accidents in the kitchen.
• Fill out MSDS and FIFO documentation.
