Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and execute food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while ensuring delicious results. You will train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders and promote teamwork to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

You will help keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and safe, while modeling Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy and guiding the team to meet daily goals and service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and cook to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor inventory and food quality, reducing waste.
• Lead and train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the kitchen.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
