Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while ensuring delicious meals. You’ll train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders and help maintain a clean, well stocked kitchen and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor waste and inventory; resolve quality issues.
• Support teamwork between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Ensure the kitchen is cleaned and sanitized.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and arrange repairs as needed.
• Uphold safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO inventory documentation.
