Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader who will learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will order food, train others, and ensure quality and safety of all dishes.

You will lead as a role model, promote teamwork, and help Crew reach kitchen goals while delivering a great customer experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment, keeping the kitchen clean and well stocked, while maintaining equipment and ensuring safety guidelines are followed to

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels, resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house crews.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Ensure kitchen is clean, organized, and well stocked; equipment maintained.
