Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and grill meats to order following kitchen procedures.
• Train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized and well stocked; maintain equipment.
• Ensure food quality, safety and proper inventory levels.
• Promote teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house Crew.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
