Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and supervise food preparation, grilling meats and sautéing vegetables, ensuring every dish is delicious and up to standard. You will order ingredients, train Crew members as future Kitchen Leaders, and uphold safety, cleanliness, and stock levels to support a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare great food by cooking and plating to order.
• Ensure kitchen is clean, organized, stocked and safe.
• Train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Monitor inventory and reduce food waste.
• Maintain equipment and report malfunctions promptly.
• Promote teamwork and deliver a great customer experience.
• Follow MSDS and FIFO procedures and support safety guidelines.
