Qualifications

• Six (6) months of kitchen expo experience preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Experience in a steakhouse preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during shift.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plating and presentation to meet the restaurant’s standards before dishes reach the customer.
• Relay customer complaints and feedback between kitchen staff and waitstaff.
• Maintain proper sanitation and cleanliness in the kitchen area.
• Serve as the final checkpoint working closely with the Room Chef before a dish is served.
