Mother Wolf Miami is seeking an Expeditor to ensure smooth flow between front and back of house, coordinating order timing and presentation. You will work closely with the Chef team to maintain quality and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have experience in high-volume dining, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask while remaining attentive to guest needs. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Excellent listener and communicator.
• Able to multitask and focus on guest interaction.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Ensure efficient flow of orders from servers to kitchen.
• Assist in final preparation of dishes.
• Check dishes for accuracy, presentation, and temperature.
• Inquire about allergies or dietary restrictions from each guest.
• Communicate guest needs to FOH & BOH staff, managers and Chefs.
• Mark shared dishes with the appropriate utensils.
• Maintain sanitation standards and cleanliness.
