Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management or culinary/operational leadership.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and quality standards.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and lead teams.
• Spanish fluency preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations ensuring safety, quality, cleanliness, and standards.
• Improve food quality, speed of service, order accuracy, and kitchen efficiency.
• Recruit, coach, and develop kitchen team members and leaders.
• Establish expectations, accountability, and leadership pipeline.
• Manage performance metrics, labor productivity, inventory, costs, and waste.
• Collaborate with Front of House, Training, and Scheduling leaders.
