Qualifications

• 2+ years of kitchen management experience
• Experience leading a team in a fast‑food or quick‑service environment
• ServSafe certification and food safety knowledge
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required

• Lead the kitchen team to ensure quick and accurate delivery of high‑quality food
• Direct daily operations including production, preparation, inventory, and maintenance
• Uphold food safety standards and company policies; manage recruiting and financial accountability
