You will direct daily quick-service restaurant operations, ensure quality and timely delivery of craveable food, manage inventory, recruit and develop staff, and maintain a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of kitchen management experience
• ServSafe certified
• Available for varied shifts across all dayparts
• Coaches and directs team members
• Proactive problem resolution and corrective planning
• Strong multi-tasking and communication skills
• Enthusiastic and present with the restaurant team
• Professional and mature leadership by example
• Humility and growth mindset
• Drives back-of-house process improvements
• Active in weekly leadership meetings
• Proficient with Excel and Word
• Experience in inventory management
• English/Spanish bilingual a plus
