General Manager Responsibilities:
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
- Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
- Trains other trainers to help build future Team Members and sustain ongoing training
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player
- Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
- Count drawers and finalize day
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Insures that cashiers follow cash handling procedures at all times
- Manage daily analytics to maintain operational excellence at all times
- Addresses guest issues that may arise; consults with management regarding complex issues
- Insures Team Members and Team Leaders are engaged at all times with the guest experience

- Holding all Directors accountable for their roles and responsibilities while fostering a unified leadership team.
The General Manager should:

- Ensure hiring, training, coaching, evaluation, and daily leadership practices align with the vision and thematic goal of the organization.
