Job summary

Chick-fil-A Maumee is seeking a dynamic Management Team member to lead daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and uphold Chick-fil-A's standards of hospitality and service excellence.

You will work closely with an Owner/Operator, develop people, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on guest satisfaction, safety, and quality. This role offers hands-on leadership development and opportunities for career advancement.

• Oversee food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Manage labor, productivity, and operational goals during shifts.
• Assist with performance development.
• Communicate effectively with leadership and team members across shifts.
• Problem-solve quickly and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
