Job summary

Kight Kitchen Interiors, a division of Carter Lumber, is seeking a Kitchen Design and Sales Representative to manage new construction and remodeling projects from measurement to delivery. You will design kitchens, baths, offices, and other spaces while collaborating with builders, contractors, and homeowners to secure the final sale.

Salary includes commission with no cap, and we offer development opportunities, vendor learning, and a supportive, family‑like culture throughout our growing

Qualifications

• Proven design and sales experience with contractors/homeowners.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, detailing, and trends.
• Proficient with 20/20 and Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to meet customer needs.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle new construction and remodeling projects from measurement to delivery.
• Design interiors (kitchens, bathrooms, offices, mudrooms, bars, etc.) with builders, contractors, and homeowners.
• Identify sales opportunities and secure the final sale.
• Take job site measurements and create designed layouts.
