Job summary

Carter Lumber's Kitchen & Bath division seeks a Kitchen Design and Sales Representative to lead projects from measurement to delivery. You will design interiors (kitchens, baths, offices) for contractors and homeowners, identify sales opportunities, perform site measurements, and drive the final sale with strong presentation and follow-through.

You will work with builders and remodelers in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and selling to contractors and homeowners.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, detailing, and trends.
• Proficient with 20/20 Design software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform detail-oriented tasks.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Design interior spaces (kitchens, baths, offices, mudrooms, bars) for clients.
• Identify sales opportunities and drive the final sale.
• Perform job site measurements and coordinate delivery.
• Collaborate with builders, contractors, and homeowners to fulfill design requirements.
