Carter Kitchen & Bath, part of Carter Lumber, seeks a Kitchen Design and Sales Representative to design and sell interior spaces from measurement to delivery. You will collaborate with builders, contractors, and homeowners to secure final sales, utilizing strong design skills and proven sales strategies.

Experience with cabinetry, fast-paced environments, and excellent communication are essential. Salary plus commission with growth opportunities offered within our family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Design and sell to contractors and homeowners.
• Knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, detailing, and trends.
• Working knowledge of 20/20 and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule based on customer needs.
• Strong math skills for quoting.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design interior spaces (kitchens, bathrooms, offices, mudrooms, bars, etc.) from measurement to delivery.
• Work with builders, contractors, homeowners to secure final sale.
• Identify sales opportunities and coordinate through project lifecycle.
