Carter Lumber seeks a Kitchen Design and Sales Representative - Commercial Multi-Family to lead design and sales from measurement to delivery on new construction and remodels.

You will collaborate with multi-family developers, builders, and homeowners to create functional kitchens, baths, and related spaces, using 20/20 design tools and MS Office. A strong sales mindset, excellent communication, and timely follow-through are essential. Salary plus commission with uncapped earning potential.

Competenze

• Demonstrated ability to design and sell to multi-family developers, general contractors, and project teams
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, detailing, and trends
• Working knowledge of 20/20 and Microsoft Office programs; ability to read blueprints
• Ability to perform detail-oriented tasks in a fast-paced commercial multi-family environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on customer needs
• Strong math skills for quoting
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written

Mansioni

• Design, measure, and deliver for new construction and remodel projects in the commercial multi-family sector
• Collaborate with multi-family developers, builders, contractors, and homeowners to create interior spaces (kitchens, baths, offices, etc)
• Identify sales opportunities, perform job-site measurements, and secure final sales
• Use design tools and MS Office to produce plans and quotes
• Provide timely follow-through from concept to delivery
