Carter Lumber's Kitchen & Bath division is seeking a Kitchen Design and Sales Representative for Commercial Multi-Family projects. You will design interiors, measure sites, and turn concepts into final sales for multi-family developments.

You will collaborate with developers, builders, contractors, and homeowners, applying strong sales strategies and relationship-building to close opportunities. Performance-driven commission supports growth.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and selling to multi-family developers
• Strong knowledge of cabinetry, finishes, detailing and trends
• Proficient with blueprints and design software
• Able to travel to job sites and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Design and sell interiors for multi-family projects
• Take measurements on job sites and translate to plans
• Create design concepts for kitchens, baths, and offices
• Develop and close sales through relationships with developers and builders
