Carter Lumber's Kitchen & Bath division is seeking a Commercial Multi‑Family Kitchen Design and Sales Representative to drive new construction and remodeling projects from measurement to delivery.

You will design interiors (kitchens, bathrooms, offices, mudrooms, bars), work with multi‑family developers, builders, contractors, and homeowners to secure the final sale, leveraging strong design and sales skills.

Formación

• Demonstrated ability to design and sell to multi-family developers, general contractors, and project teams.
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, detailing, and trends.
• Working knowledge of 20/20 Design and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to perform detail-oriented tasks in a fast-paced commercial multi-family environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on customer needs.
• Strong math skills for quoting.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Design interior spaces (kitchens, bathrooms, offices, mudrooms, bars, etc.) for multi-family projects and clients.
• Work with multi-family developers, builders, contractors, and homeowners to secure final sale.
• Take measurements on job sites and coordinate design-to-delivery processes.
• Apply proven sales strategies and maintain prompt follow-through with commitments.
