Carter Lumber is seeking a Kitchen Design and Sales Representative for the Commercial Multi-Family division. You will manage projects from measurement to delivery, designing spaces and driving the sale with developers, builders, contractors, and homeowners.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to design and sell to multi-family developers, general contractors, and project teams.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, detailing, and trends.
• Working knowledge of 20/20 and Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Design interior spaces (kitchens, bathrooms, offices, etc.) and secure final sale.
• Source sales opportunities and perform job-site measurement.
• Coordinate with multi-family developers, builders, contractors, and homeowners.
