Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a store operated by an independent franchisee. You will lead shifts, supervise both Kitchen and People departments, and ensure fast, friendly service while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality management is preferred. The role requires 18+ and a willingness to work flexible hours in a fast-paced McDonald’s environment.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team players with flexible schedules who like to have fun, with the passion to work the famously fast paced McDonald’s environment.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience on every visit.
• Oversee Departments (Kitchen, People) with responsibilities for training, food safety, inventory, goals, delegation and reporting.
• Ensure kitchen delivers high quality food quickly, maintains safety standards, controls food cost, and trains kitchen staff on procedures.
• Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule to meet restaurant sales and profit goals; recognize and motivate staff.
