McDonald’s restaurant franchisee is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Department Manager to lead shifts, ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service, and mentor crew.

The role involves coordinating Guest Service, Kitchen, and People departments to meet sales and quality goals while training staff and managing schedules in a fast-paced setting. 18+ required; prior managerial experience preferred for restaurant/hospitality environments.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• We’re looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who like to have fun, with the passion to work in the famously fast paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service for every visit.
• Manage departments (Guest Service, Kitchen, People) and report results to leadership.
• Oversee staff training, staffing, goals, and scheduling to meet sales and profit targets.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and service standards across the restaurant.
