Responsibilities include managing Kitchen and People departments: ensuring quality food, safety, cost control, and staff development; hiring, training and scheduling.

Experience in a restaurant, retail or hospitality setting is preferred; must be 18 or older with flexible schedules and opportunities for education benefits and advancement.
