Ono Hawaiian BBQ is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Kitchen Crew Members. You will support back-of-house operations, prepare food, stock inventory, and ensure quality and timely service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include following health codes, adhering to policies, completing training guidelines, maintaining cleanliness, and showing reliability with attendance. Flexible scheduling includes part-time or full-time roles; transportation reliability is important.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card required by state/local health department.
• Basic math skills, basic English written and verbal communication.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Understand and comply with Kitchen Crew Training Guideline.
• Perform food preparation, stocking of inventory, quality and portion control on cookline.
• Prepare multiple food orders and ensure timely and accurate service to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store with daily/weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
