Ono Hawaiian BBQ is seeking motivated Kitchen Crew Members to join our fast-paced team. You will help with food preparation, stocking inventory, and ensuring quality and safety in a busy back-of-house environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, following health codes, and delivering timely, delicious meals to customers. We offer both part-time and full-time opportunities in a supportive work setting.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Food Handler Card per state/local health dept.
• Basic math and English communication skills required.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Reliable transportation required for shift coverage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food at the cookline according to recipes.
• Stock inventory and ensure food quality and portion control.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas.
• Follow health codes and safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with daily operational tasks and cover shifts as needed.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Work either part-time or full-time.
