Ono Hawaiian BBQ is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Kitchen Crew Members. As a Kitchen Crew, you will play a vital role in our operations, ensuring the back of the house runs smoothly and high-quality food is delivered to customers.

This is an hourly position with a competitive compensation of $20.00 per hour. You will perform food preparation, stocking, quality control, and help maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment while complying with health codes and company

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card is required by the state or local health department.
• Basic math skills, basic English written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Follow Kitchen Crew Training Guidelines.
• Perform food preparation, stocking of inventory, food quality and portion control.
• Prepare multiple food orders at the cookline and ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store with daily/weekly cleaning and sanitizing.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Part-time or full-time.
