Ono Hawaiian BBQ is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Kitchen Crew Members. The role covers back-of-house operations, food preparation, and ensuring high-quality service.

This is an hourly position at $20.00 per hour with opportunities for both part-time and full-time schedules. Responsibilities include following health codes, maintaining cleanliness, stocking inventory, and serving food accurately and promptly to customers.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Basic math skills to handle registers and inventory.
• Basic English written and verbal communication.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Understand and comply with Kitchen Crew Training Guideline.
• Perform food preparation, stocking of inventory, food quality and portion control when cooking and serving food at the cookline.
• Prepare multiple food orders at the cookline and ensure the food is served accurately and timely to customers.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store by performing daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
