Ono Hawaiian BBQ is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Kitchen Crew Members. You will play a vital role in the back of house, ensuring food is prepared to standard, served on time, and clean and safe.

We offer both part-time and full-time positions, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, EAP, and employee meal discounts. A Food Handler Card and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card is required by the state or local health department.
• Basic math skills and basic English written and verbal communication are needed.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Reliable transportation is required to commute to work.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Follow Kitchen Crew Training Guidelines.
• Perform food preparation and stocking of inventory, ensure food quality and portion control at the cookline.
• Prepare multiple food orders and ensure timely, accurate service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store through daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
• Attend work regularly and punctually.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
