Ono Hawaiian BBQ is seeking motivated Kitchen Crew Members to join our back-of-house team. This hourly role offers $20.00 per hour with options for part-time or full-time, and requires adherence to health codes, safety procedures, and company policies.

Responsibilities include food prep, inventory stocking, quality control, and serving food promptly. Candidates should have a Food Handler Card, basic math and English skills, and reliable transportation for shift coverage.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card required by state or local health dept.
• Basic math and ability to communicate in English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Understand and comply with Kitchen Crew Training Guideline.
• Perform food preparation, stocking of inventory, food quality and portion control.
• Prepare multiple food orders at the cookline and serve accurately and timely.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store with daily/weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
