Responsibilities

• Provide expert product selection assistance and design advice to showroom customers.
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit goals; contribute to profit sharing.
• Welcome customers with warmth and provide hospitality.
• Explain the showroom value proposition and guide customers to best product solutions.
• Identify customer needs and direct them to appropriate products; move sales forward.
• Leverage sales reports and forecasting tools to hit targets.
• Enter sales orders and bids; manage end-to-end project engagement.
• Keep showroom clean, stocked, and safely displayed.
