Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in plumbing design and sales.
• Experience working with luxury, high end products and customers.
• Knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product selection assistance and design services to showroom customers both in the showroom and at the customer’s location.
• Ensure customer satisfaction to meet or exceed sales and gross profit goals; increase profit sharing.
• Sell and provide in-store and/or in-home design consultations for kitchen and bathrooms.
• Develop product knowledge and understand product lines, features, pricing and availability.
• Enter sales orders and bids; expedite purchases; follow customers from start to finish of projects.
• Keep showroom clean, neat, stocked, and safely displayed.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and create referrals.
