Job summary

Snow and Jones, Inc. in Yarmouth, MA is seeking a personable Showroom Sales Associate for our Kitchen & Bath Solutions team.

You’ll work one-on-one with homeowners, builders, and designers to help select plumbing fixtures and products, prepare quotes, and manage orders, delivering an exceptional showroom experience from consultation to ordering. The role favors showroom/sales experience, customer service skills, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in showroom sales or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and provide excellent service.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and designers.
• Willingness to learn technical product information and make informed recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Meet with showroom customers to understand project goals, needs, style preferences, and budget.
• Help customers select plumbing fixtures and kitchen and bath products.
• Prepare accurate sales quotes and provide them to customers promptly.
• Process sales and communicate with customers throughout the ordering process.
• Work with builders, plumbers, designers, and other trade professionals to coordinate product selections and needs.
• Provide design guidance and product recommendations when appropriate.
• Develop product knowledge to answer questions and explain features.
• Connect customers with technical specialists when needed.
• Collaborate with showroom administrative team on orders, returns, warranty claims, and product issues.
• Build lasting relationships with repeat customers and trade professionals.
• Participate in vendor meetings, product training, and showroom events.
