Hajoca Corporation’s Best Plumbing Supply showroom in Yorktown Heights, NY is hiring a Showroom Salesperson. You will assist customers with product selection, offer design advice, and help close sales while ensuring exceptional service and showroom presentation.

The role requires knowledge of kitchen/bath trends, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience in plumbing showroom sales is preferred. Competitive hourly pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in customer service or sales, plumbing showroom sales preferred.
• Knowledge of products sold in the showroom preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product selection assistance and design advice to showroom customers.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction to meet or exceed sales and gross profit goals.
• Provide hospitality and warmly welcome each customer.
• Articulate showroom value proposition to engage customers and close sales.
• Direct customers to best products to address their needs and move sales forward.
• Use Hajoca technology to review product specs, pricing and availability.
• Enter sales orders and bids and stay engaged through project completion.
• Process showroom returns and refunds per policy.
• Keep showroom clean, stocked, and appealing.
• Join industry events to stay informed on design trends and build relationships.
