Job summary

Snow and Jones, Inc. in Yarmouth, MA is seeking a personable Showroom Sales Associate for our Kitchen & Bath Solutions team.

You’ll work one-on-one with homeowners, builders, and designers to select plumbing fixtures, prepare quotes, and guide customers from consultation through ordering. The role offers a competitive hourly pay of $25 to $30, a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, health insurance, PTO, holidays, 401(k) with company match, and vendor training to grow your career in luxury kitchen

Qualifications

• Experience in showroom sales or customer service is preferred.
• Experience in plumbing or kitchen & bath products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Professional, personable, and comfortable working directly with customers.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and projects while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Meet with showroom customers to understand project goals, needs, style, and budget.

Do you enjoy working with people, helping customers make design decisions, and building lasting relationships? Snow and Jones, Inc. is looking for a personable and customer-focused Showroom Sales Associate to join our Kitchen & Bath Solutions team in Yarmouth, MA.

In this role, you'll work one-on-one with homeowners, builders, plumbers, designers, and other trade professionals to help them select plumbing fixtures and products for their projects. You'll guide customers through product options, prepare quotes, manage orders, and provide an exceptional showroom experience from the initial consultation through the ordering process.

Experience in showroom sales, kitchen and bath products, interior design, luxury retail, or customer service is a plus. Plumbing product knowledge is helpful but not required. We're willing to train the right candidate through extensive product and vendor training.

What You'll Do

As a Showroom Sales Associate, you'll help customers find the right products for their kitchen and bath projects while delivering knowledgeable, personalized service.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Meet with showroom customers to understand their project goals, needs, style preferences, and budget.
• Help customers select plumbing fixtures and kitchen and bath products that meet their needs.
• Prepare accurate sales quotes and provide them to customers in a timely manner.
• Process sales and communicate with customers throughout the ordering process.
• Work with builders, plumbers, designers, and other trade professionals to coordinate product selections and customer needs.
• Provide design guidance and product recommendations when appropriate.
• Develop strong product knowledge to answer customer questions and explain product features.
• Connect customers with technical specialists when additional expertise is needed.
• Collaborate with the showroom administrative team on open orders, returns, warranty claims, and product issues.
• Build lasting relationships with repeat customers and trade professionals.
• Participate in vendor meetings, product training, and showroom events as needed.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized showroom environment.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping customers, pays attention to detail, and can manage multiple projects while delivering excellent service.

Preferred Qualifications And Skills

• Previous experience in showroom sales, inside sales, retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Experience in plumbing, kitchen and bath, interior design, luxury retail, or building materials is a plus.
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, personable, and comfortable working directly with customers.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customers and projects.
• Attention to detail when preparing quotes and processing orders.
• Willingness to learn technical product information and make informed recommendations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with administrative, sales, and operations teams.
• Confidence in building long-term customer relationships and providing personalized service.

Pay Range
