Job summary

Bath Tune-Up is seeking a Sales & Design Consultant for Northern New Jersey. You will conduct in-home consultations, present remodeling solutions, and prepare quotes to close sales, supported by training and a thriving local franchise system.

You’ll build relationships with designers, contractors, and real estate firms, maintain client contact, and aim for a 35%+ appointment-to-sale conversion. A stable, commission-based opportunity awaits in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Friendly, personable and comfortable presenting in a customer’s home.
• High attention to detail.
• Computer and smartphone proficient.
• Highly motivated and dependable, with a strong work ethic.
• Willing to commit to learning our products and processes (prior sales or design experience is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled in-home consultations and present remodeling solutions to homeowners (training provided).
• Prepare quotes and supporting materials to present to customers with the goal of closing the sale.
• Revise quotes and drawings as you assess each customer’s wants and needs.
• Stay in contact with customers throughout the project and monitor all related activity.
• Develop account-based relationships with interior designers, contractors, builders, and real estate firms.
• Work toward a target appointment-to-sale conversion rate of 35% or better.
