This role focuses on selling mid-to-high-end kitchen and bath remodeling services, backed by a strong in-house design team and exclusive, pre-screened leads. Candidates should have in-home sales experience with a track record of closing deals ranging from $20,000 to $100,000+. Benefits include uncapped commission potential and 60-day support against commission during the ramp period.

Formación

• In-home sales experience in kitchen & bath or home improvement required.
• Proven track record with one-call-close mentality.
• Familiarity with design tools preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Run 5 to 7 in-home consultations per week.
• Present financing options and follow up until closing.
• Coordinate with project manager and installers for job handoff.
