Job summary

Arrow Building Center, Lampert Lumber and Lyman Lumber Companies, divisions of US LBM Holdings, LLC, seek an Inside Sales Representative to support new and existing customer sales, provide product support for kitchen and bath projects, and deliver accurate quotes and dimensional information.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years in kitchen and bath industry preferred.
• 1-3 years inside sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to operate computer, calculator and cash register.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries regarding product selection, orders, pricing and deliveries.
• Initiate calls to customers to generate sales and quotes.
• Enter orders, returns, RAs and service requests; file paperwork.
• Coordinate pricing, availability and delivery of special products.
• Support schedules with outside sales, jobsites and customers.
• Help resolve credits, back orders and billing issues.
