PA Building Supply, a division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, seeks a Kitchen and Bath Inside Sales Representative to support new and existing customer sales and provide product support to outside sales representatives. You will prepare quotes and product dimension information both in person and by phone.

You will respond to inquiries about product selection, pricing, deliveries, and scheduling, initiate calls to generate orders, and coordinate purchases and deliveries of special products.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 20/20 experience is required.
• 1-3 years in building material industry with basic product knowledge.
• 1-3 years of inside sales experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist with purchasing, vendor contacts, and support the OSR team.
• Respond to customer inquiries on product selection, orders, pricing, and deliveries.
• Generate sales through outbound calls to customers.
• Process orders, credits, returns, and service requests.
• Coordinate purchases and deliveries of special products.
• Manage project schedules with outside sales, jobsites, and customers.
• Maintain stock levels on sales floor and stockroom.
• Research credits, returns, and late payments.
• Handle back-order issues and resolve billing problems.
• Develop professional relationships with customers.
• Resolve jobsite issues and customer problems.
