Job summary

Lezzer Lumber is seeking a Kitchen & Bath Design and Sales professional at the Bethel Park, PA store. You will sell and service contractor and retail accounts, provide design assistance, and prepare bids and material estimates to maximize sales and gross profit.

The role requires strong customer service, design software proficiency (20/20 preferred), and the ability to coordinate deliveries while maintaining showroom presentation. Periodic site visits may be needed.

Qualifications

• Formal training in cabinet design or applicable work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Able to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Moderate analytical and pricing/estimating ability.
• Strong computer literacy and knowledge of pricing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Sell and service contractor, retail, and/or commercial accounts.
• Develop a business partnership relationship with accounts.
• Provide designs, bids or quotes and material estimates.
• Coordinate timely delivery of materials for orders.
• Maintain showroom and assist walk-in customers; ensure orders are received and tracked.
• Occasionally visit jobsites to verify measurements and discuss options.
