Job summary

Lezzer Lumber seeks a Kitchen & Bath Design and Sales professional in Bethel Park, PA to drive sales of cabinets and related products. You will create designs, prepare quotes, and work closely with contractor and walk-in customers to deliver complete material packages.

The role emphasizes customer service, design software proficiency, and collaboration with Outside Sales and showroom teams to grow gross profit and close orders.

Qualifications

• Formal training in cabinet design or applicable work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Exceptional influence skills: comfortable in working at various levels throughout the organization.
• Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Moderate degree of analytical skill and pricing/estimating knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Sells and services established contractor, retail, and/or commercial accounts.
• Recommends product, productivity, and service efficiencies to cultivate account relationships.
• Provides customers with designs, bids or quotes and material estimates for various materials packages.
• Coordinates timely delivery of materials for orders placed by accounts.
• Maintains showroom orderliness and assists walk-in customers.
