Job summary

Lezzer Lumber in Bethel Park, PA is seeking a Millwork Salesperson to drive sales and gross margin in the millwork category, including doors, windows, trim, moulding, and specialty wood products. You will build strong relationships with contractor and DIY customers and provide product expertise, estimating, and service to grow the business.

You will quote bids, manage takeoffs, advise on design options, and coordinate with vendors and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment and accurate

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains strong relationships with contractor, DIY, and commercial accounts.
• Builds business partner relationships by recommending product solutions and design options.
• Provides accurate bids, quotes, and takeoffs for millwork packages.
• Maintains pricing within company guidelines to maximize margins.
• Drives millwork sales volume and gross margins through customer engagement.
• Sources and manages special-order millwork products; coordinates with vendors and delivery teams.
• Assists walk-in customers with selection, sizing, and project guidance.
