Lezzer Lumber in Bethel Park, PA is seeking a Millwork Salesperson to drive sales of doors, windows, trim and specialty wood products. You will build strong relationships with contractor, DIY, and commercial customers, provide accurate bids, and coordinate with vendors to fulfill orders.

Successful candidates combine product knowledge with strong estimating skills, pricing discipline, and a customer‑first approach to grow margins and support project completion at multiple store locations.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to develop bids and takeoffs for millwork packages.
• Knowledge of pricing, gross margins, and math for estimates.

Responsibilities

• Develops relationships with contractor, DIY, and commercial accounts as millwork expert.
• Provides accurate bids and takeoffs for interior/exterior doors, windows, trim, and custom orders.
• Maintains pricing within company guidelines to maximize margins.
• Sources, orders, and coordinates millwork products with vendors and delivery teams.
• Assists walk-in customers with product selection and project guidance.
