Job summary

US LBM Holdings in Camp Hill, PA is seeking a Part Time Kitchen and Bath Inside Sales Representative to support new and existing customer sales, provide product information, quotes and pricing details in person or over the phone.

You will assist with purchasing, coordinate deliveries, maintain stock levels, respond to inquiries, and build strong customer relationships while adhering to safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 20/20 experience is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in building material industry with basic knowledge of product and application required.
• 1-3 years of inside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with purchasing and vendor contacts.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, orders, prices, and deliveries.
• Initiate calls to customers to generate sales.
• Enter work orders, returns, and service requests; manage pricing and quotes.
• Coordinate purchase and delivery of special products.
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor and stockroom.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
